Gov. Greg Abbott reportedly sent the migrants, who arrived at Vice President Kamala Harris’ residence Saturday night. The governor has been busing migrants to Democratic-let cities since April and first sent buses to Harris’ home in September.

In a statement to The Washington Post, the White House condemned the action and said Abbott did not coordinate with federal or local authorities before the migrants were dropped off in the cold.

這三輛來自德州的巴士將非法移民放在賀錦麗的官邸外時，華府的氣溫只有攝氏零下9度，這些非法移民為數111至130人

白宮助理新聞秘書哈桑發聲明批評，指阿博特在沒與任何聯邦或地方當局協調的情況下，將兒童遺棄在氣溫低於冰點的路邊，質疑「這是殘忍、危險且可恥的噱頭」。
